The guarantee of safe browsing and data privacy

DaggerData is the only seal that combines verification of your company’s website for GDPR compliance with active technical scanning and continuous vulnerability monitoring, ensuring that your users are browsing in a safe environment.

A real problem

Your website may be putting visitor data at risk

Today, most websites collect information from users — through forms, chats, cookies, WhatsApp, CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, Meta and many other tags, as well as AI agents.
But few offer transparency, security, control over this collection and true permission validation.
  • Risk generated
Unsafe websites, subject to legal penalties, and with low credibility among visitors.
  • Verified solution

Verification of data collection channels, consent validation, and application of backend security protocols.

DaggerData is the only solution that offers a seamless application for your website.

DaggerData Solution

What does DaggerData do for you?

DaggerData validates the security and transparency of your website in a practical and objective way.

DCScan for code checking

We scan your website to identify all installed tags and visitor data collection channels. This scan allows us to index and correct any user consent errors regarding the processing of their data.

I-Inspection of visible declarations

We check that your website accurately informs visitors that data is being collected and where it’s collected. We then make corrections to ensure compliance.

User Consent Layer Management

After verification and correction, we add layers of consent and control so users can decide how their data will be processed by your website. This process ensures your legal security.

Automated scanning based on the OWASP Top 10

Checklist of possible vulnerabilities in website data security and installation of technical barriers against intrusions and information theft.

Access-Token Deployment

Implementation of security in the access layer in the website’s administrative panel through a verification token for login approval.

ComplyTech Seal - Verified

After all the checks, we validate and issue the visual GDPR compliance seal. Your website now demonstrates your commitment to protecting your website visitors’ data, improving your security, reputation, and conversion rate.

How does it work?

The DaggerData process for protecting user data

DaggerData activates layers of user data protection through an intelligent architecture of continuous verification and compliance with data processing consent.

Activating the Sentinel Init module

The verification module is installed on your website, enabling continuous scanning and security modules without interfering with performance.

Technical and privacy scan of your website

We began full tracking of surfaces and internal routes, analyzing tags, forms, cookies, and checkpoints to identify all data entries.

Adjustments and improvements applied (or guided)

We create a compliance map, listing the areas that require application and adjustments to comply with GDPR guidelines and global data protection standards to avoid legal risks for your company.

Issuance of the DaggerData seal with a validatable link (QR Code)

Proven compliance? The DaggerData seal is activated. It’s visible in the website footer and connects with our integrity center to keep your status up to date.

Pulse Watch Monitoring

Your website is actively monitored, with periodic scans. The module installed on your website sends automatic alerts if any new threats, breaches, or non-compliances are detected, and these alerts are recorded in your website’s administrative panel.

Purpose of the Verified Seal

The focus of DaggerData verification is the implementation of the practices required by the GDPR

DaggerData verification is solely for ensuring your website is compliant with protecting your visitors’ data.

Consent

It is essential to obtain the explicit and informed consent of data subjects for the processing of their personal information.

Security

Implement security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.

Rights of holders

Ensure that data subjects can exercise their rights, such as access, correction, and deletion of data.

About what we do and what we don't do

NO. The seal validates that the website adopts GDPR-compliant practices when processing visitor data, but does not replace formal certification or legal audit.

NO. Responsibility for proper data processing remains with the website owner. DaggerData offers verification tools and best practices, but does not replace the role of the controller.

NO. DaggerData's service is not a full legal audit. It is an automated solution for identifying privacy risks and vulnerabilities on websites.

NO. Our service acts as a technical complement to the DPO's work, focusing on website protection. Hiring a DPO may be necessary depending on the company's size and activity.

About the service we offer

Analyzes data collection practices, cookie usage, browsing security, presence of insecure elements, and issuance of the seal for websites that comply with the basic GDPR criteria.

The seal is not issued and the customer receives a technical report with the non-conformities, in addition to suggestions for adapting the website to good data protection practices.

YES. The seal can be inserted in the website footer, institutional pages and even in promotional materials, as long as the website is verified and in compliance.

About safety and benefits

When you install our module, it continuously scans for suspicious scripts, excessive collection, HTTPS flaws, and invasive practices. It fixes what it can and generates technical alerts for manual adjustments.

YES. Secure websites that respect user privacy have an SEO advantage, especially with the latest Google Core Update focused on user experience.

The seal is visible and clickable, leading to a public verification page with compliance status, last verification date, and criteria met.

About prices and plans

The price is $28 per month, with no commitment, with all features included: continuous scanning, verification dashboard, compliance history, and seal issuance.

YES. We offer an optional plan with support from a partner DPO, ideal for companies that need more robust support. Just consult by clicking here.

Use of the Seal, Validity Rules and Fraud

NO. Once the service is canceled, the seal is automatically deactivated and removed from the dashboard. If you continue to display the seal on your website, it will be marked as invalid and may be added to our public blacklist of non-compliant domains.

Fraudulent use is detected by our real-time verification system. All seals have a unique ID linked to the validated domain. If misused, the seal will be invalidated, and your website may be reported as a security risk and subject to legal liability under your country's laws.

YES. The seal is valid as long as the site passes scans and is up to date with payments. The scanner module must also be active and receiving periodic reports.

Sites with more than 10 days of delinquency are notified. After 15 days, the seal is automatically suspended and removed from your site, and you will no longer have compliance information for your users.

You can click the seal or scan the QR Code, which will redirect you to our verification page. There, you'll see the domain's current status, last scan date, and compliance expiration date.
